Deal Drives Value to Hoffman Properties While Expanding AKAM’s Footprint in Manhattan 

NEW YORK, December 22, 2025 — AKAM, a leading property management company with more than four decades of experience in New York and Florida, announced today that it has acquired Hoffman Management, adding to its portfolio in New York and providing Hoffman managed properties with access to AKAM’s ancillary services and industry-leading procurement program. 

Hoffman Management is a New York-based property management firm that has been offering personalized, hands-on service since 1990. The company currently manages 70 properties representing over 4,300 residences with its responsive and results-driven service approach.
