This year’s IREM NYC Annual Dinner & Awards brought together property management professionals, real estate leaders, and industry partners for an evening of recognition, networking, and celebration.

The event celebrated outstanding achievements within the field by honoring individuals and organizations who demonstrate excellence, leadership, and innovation in property management. Among this year’s award winners was AKAM CEO Ken Greene who was named Real Estate Person of the Year. Greene was recognized for his innovative spirit and AKAM’s commitment to caring for residents through enhanced service offerings, accountability, and continuous growth. From operational excellence to community impact, the work of each award recipient reflects the best of property management in New York City.
