AKAM Launches ‘Board Member 101’ Campaign to Educate, Empower and Mentor Building Leaders

New York, December 12, 2025 — AKAM, a leading property management company known for its people-first approach and commitment to Residential Intelligence, has launched Board Member 101, a comprehensive education and mentorship campaign designed to help current and aspiring co-op, condo and HOA board members lead with confidence, clarity, and collaboration.

Each podcast episode will spotlight AKAM subject matter experts and real examples from the field, exploring how AKAM’s five guiding principles — financial expertise, technological intelligence, practical sensibility, creativity, and emotional awareness — show up in everyday board member operations.
