class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exenciones<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unidades con alquiler controlado y estabilizado, unidades asequibles y con ingresos restringidos, cooperativas, condominios, construcciones nuevas (TCO o C de O despu\u00e9s del 1 de enero de 2009), edificios ocupados por sus propietarios con 10 unidades o menos, carteras peque\u00f1as ( 10 unidades o menos) y unidades de lujo (umbrales de alquiler espec\u00edficos).&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Requisitos de notificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se deben adjuntar avisos a todos los contratos de arrendamiento, demandas de alquiler y avisos de terminaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los avisos deben informar a los inquilinos si se aplica la GCE y los motivos de las exenciones en caso
